Delivery Information
After the entry into force of the sales contract, the online store issues an order and transfers it to logistics partners for delivery. Delivery of goods to the warehouse is usually carried out within 1-3 business days. If the item is out of stock and needs to be ordered, the average delivery time is 2-4 weeks. The exact delivery time is indicated for each item.
The delivery terms specified in the online store are valid from the moment the order amount is received.
In order to deliver the goods without delay, the Buyer must provide reliable and reliable data when entering the delivery data. In case of providing inaccurate delivery data or inability to trace the goods from the parcel machine, the Buyer pays the additional delivery cost.
The online store is not responsible for delays in the delivery of goods due to delays by the logistics partner or delays due to force majeure (natural disaster, military situation).

By ordering the delivery of goods by SmartPOST or OMNIVA parcel terminals, Estonia
When ordering a SmartPOST or OOMNIVA parcel terminal, a delivery charge of EUR 2.99 will be added to the price. If the order amount is more than 50 €, no shipping fee will be added.
Estimated time of arrival: 1-3 business days
The Customer is notified of the arrival of the goods at the parcel machine by an SMS message containing a unique door code to open the door. Instructions for using the code and opening the mailbox can be found on the touchscreen of the parcel machine.
By ordering the delivery of goods by a SmartPOST parcel terminal to Finland
When ordering a SmartPOST parcel terminal, a delivery charge of 12 € will be added to the price. If the order amount is 150 €, then the delivery fee is not added.
Estimated time of arrival of the parcel:
In Helsinki within 1-3 business days;
elsewhere in Finland within 3-5 business days.
Storage period of 7 (seven) days
The Customer is notified of the arrival of the goods at the parcel terminal by an SMS message containing a unique door code to open the door. Instructions for using the code and opening the luggage compartment can be found on the touchscreen of the parcel machine.
By ordering the delivery of goods by courier
When ordering a courier, a delivery charge of 6 € will be added to the price. If the order amount is more than 50 €, no shipping fee will be added.
Estimated time of arrival: 1-3 business days.
